Returns:
As all orders are personalized and unique, we do not accept returns. We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item once received, we will redo and replace the item free of charge.

Unlimited Previews and Revisions: We will send you a preview of your pet portrait as soon as they are ready. You can request edits or even a full redo until you are fully satisfied with the result. We will only proceed to printing and shipping the portrait once you confirm the preview is exactly how you want it.

Free Replacement in Case of Defects: If you notice any printing defects or damage to the canvas, we will replace the item at our expense with no additional costs for you.

Post Purchase Satisfaction: If you are no longer satisfied with the portrait, you can request a replacement within 2 weeks of receiving your order. We will recreate the portrait from scratch. You will need to cover the shipping cost to receive the new canvas (~20% of the total price).
